About Our Business
Marben Distributor Incorporated, formerly known as Marben Commercial, was organized in July 1996 by Mr. Reynaldo Encarnacion Jr. It started as a small-scale business focusing on healthcare consumables. Its office was located in Bauan, Batangas with only one sales staff.
Marben Commercial was officially established as a sole-proprietorship business in August 1998. Since then, the company had a firm commitment to provide its customers with quality service and healthcare products, initially distributing Kodak films & solutions, Metricide sterilizing solutions, Terumo syringes & blood bags and Medical Equipment like X-ray machine, ECG machines and Defibrillators manufactured in the U.S.
From a limited product line in 1998, Marben Commercial expanded to carry a wide range of quality products suiting the needs of its customers adding Surgical & Latex Examination gloves, Face masks and Povidone iodine among others.
In 2007 until 2016, Marben Commercial was one of Siemens Philippines’ official business partners distributing its vast line of Medical Imaging Equipment including Computed Tomography (CT Scan), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Radiography system, Ultrasound system, Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging, Mammography, Interventional Angiography and LINAC.
As one of Siemens’ partners, the company was able to exclusively serve its biggest clients for all Medical Imaging equipment and related machines, The Medical City & all of its Philippine and Foreign branches and Philippine General Hospital.
Currently, Marben Distributor Inc. employs a few other employees and has an office located at Brentville, Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna. The company has coverage in the provinces of Batangas, Cavite, Laguna & Quezon as well as some parts of Metro Manila.
Marben Distributor Inc. continues to carry the same products for its clients like Carestream films & solutions, Facemasks and Qualidine solutions. The company added to its product line and became a distributor of products like Rubbercare & Nitrilecare gloves, Careplus products, Fujifilm films & solutions.
In 2019, the company partnered with Agappe Diagnostics Switzerland-Philippines, one of the leading manufacturers and supplier of various laboratory equipment and reagents in the world, becoming one of their distributors for Hematology, Chemistry and Protein Analyzers including their respective reagents.
Marben Distributor Inc. continues to be partners with other business entities such as Fujifilm Philippines, Patient Care Corp, Amhsco Enterprises, Rite-tech Medical Inc., Value-Rx, Inc, Qualipharma Phils, and MacTycoon Marketing to name a few.
